Professor Shirley Zinn holds two Masters Degrees (one from UWC and the other from Harvard) and a PhD from Harvard, and as a firm believer in grit, resilience and hard work, has authored a book called ‘Swimming Upstream’. With a string of executive level positions in the Human Capital space featured on her resume, and a number of respected HR awards in her cabinet, Shirley is determined to leverage the best of her experience to positively impact the personal and professional lives of people and organisations.
