Zani Mashinini has 20 years Human Resources experience working in various industries and countries both within and out of Africa and fulfilling various HR roles. Her focus has largely been working as a generalist and in the last ten years has focused more on roles as a centre of expertise e.g. Talent Management, Learning and Development, HR Analytics, Talent Acquisition. Zani is currently studying towards a Masters in Management and Business Executive Coaching with The Wits Business School in South Africa. Her research paper focuses on women in leadership. She holds an Honours in Industrial Psychology through Rhodes University in South Africa and a post graduate qualification in Global Human Resources with The University of Liverpool in the Unignited Kingdom. She is both a coach for senior female professionals dealing with issues of diversity and inclusion in corporate and a mentor to HR professionals across various industries and countries.
