It requires recognizing systemic patterns. It includes reimagining and redesigning systems. It includes all role players - business, state institutions, civil society, communities and donors. I co-create space for such work. I hold space for such work. I tell these stories. I am part of the Quote This Woman+ database of experts! They work towards ensuring gender diversity in the media and beyond, by curating a database of voices like mine for journalists to use when they need an expert opinion.
