Part 1: Bounce forward with ease

In this fantastic 6 part series “Sleep your way to the top” I am joined in conversation by Joni Peddie. Joni is the CEO of the Business called Resilient People, In a nutshell, she helps people to ‘Bounce Forward’ after setbacks, challenges or adversity.

Part one of our series explores how to Bounce forward with ease, Joni introduces us to key facts about the importance of sleep as providing a springboard to bouncing forward. In Part two, we review the latest research on sleep to deepen our understanding of its importance. In part three Joni gives us the ins and outs of practising good sleep hygiene, before taking a good look at things to do in the bedroom in part four. In part five Joni takes us on a tour of the Blue light district before rounding out our Sleep your way to the top series with a discussion on how to Fuel your way to good sleep by exploring how we can take practical steps to ensure we increase the quality of our sleep.

Disclaimer: Joni is not a medical professional and is not providing medical advice. Joni is sharing her knowledge based on the latest research and her Bounce Forward model for sustained resilience. Please remember before starting any new health regime to always consult your doctor first.
