There are many reasons why resilience is essential for leaders right now. First, the pandemic has created a lot of uncertainty and upheaval in the world. Leaders need to be able to adapt to change and help their teams do the same. Second, as we continue to deal with the fallout from the pandemic, leaders need to be able to maintain their composure and make clear-headed decisions, even when things are tough.
