If you could go back one year into the past, what advice would you give yourself?

Appreciate life’s many gifts from spending precious time with loved ones, to slowing down and taking in the wonders of nature, be fully present and embrace every moment. Plans may change and this journey has many winding roads that may lead through some dark tunnels but also through some exquisite paths – remember to take in the valuable lessons along the way.

What surprised you over the last few months?

There have been incredible moments of inspiration over the last few months, that have demonstrated our humanity and collective compassion in helping others, which gives me renewed hope. The resilience and strength that lie within each of us as individuals, and as a nation, allowed us to bravely meet our own challenges and adapt to the new normal.

What learnings are you taking with you into the future?

My purpose brings colour to my life, it centers me and drives my ambitions. It is essential to nurture your purpose and spend time to find ways for it to shine through every aspect of life.

The significance of finding balance and managing your energy, developing not only physical immunity but emotional immunity as well. Personally, I believe developing a healthy mindset and building meaningful connections with others is incredibly powerful and essential!

We need less than what we think. We can rethink our priorities, consume less and give more to live abundantly.
